Simplicity, Self, Nature & Magic.
SPRING RETREAT
NORFOLK MARCH 2026
Yoga & Wellness Retreat in the heart of Norfolk.
Friday 6th March ~ Sunday 8th March
Picture or, even better, allow yourself to feel the scene ~ driving into the Norfolk countryside, the lanes narrowing as spring is starting to stir, seal pups still on the nearby coastline, robins emerging from the hedgerows, spacious cornfields, lightness … you can quite literally feel the weight and dark of winter leaving you.
Welcoming you to a weekend to recharge, rest (perhaps recover), retreat and restore.
If this already feels like what you’ve been craving, you’re welcome to:
In a world where we are more connected than ever, but often feeling more disconnected from ourselves,
where rest is rebellious,
holidays are full on,
weekends of non-stop plans and doing, this weekend retreat has been intentionally created and lovingly cultivated to nourish you, bringing you to an intentional STOP.
AN INTENTIONAL STOP
Whilst yoga and wellness practices lay the foundation for the weekend, you do not have to have an existing yoga practice or ever have stepped foot onto a yoga mat before.
As the saying goes ~
“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down”

YOUR RETREAT HOME
THE VENUE
THE most beautiful Barn, think Boho British fusion with Moroccan charm and detail ~
The House of Bohème
You simply arrive ~
Our Retreat Intention
You’ll feel your full body and Being exhale.
The spaciousness of Norfolk, fresh air, the suns rays starting to strengthen, rolling countryside … nature starting to emerge after its long hibernation — you’re called to do the same.
As we transition towards Spring Equinox, days are getting longer and lighter, the energy is changing, clearing, uprising!
For many cultures and traditions, this is the new year.
This is when we can start to observe what’s been taking its toll on the body and mind — your attention, your energy, your focus ~ what are you choosing vs. what are you settling for ?
It feels the right time to set intentions, potentially welcome in changes, try something new, close circles …
This weekend will give you that time. Space to reflect, ponder and maybe even daydream.
We’re here to take all the organising, the planning, the detail out of it.
You simply arrive ready to retreat and surrender to being cared for.
If you’d like to join us, the first step is simple:
What, Where, When ~
Friday 6th March ~ Sunday 8th March 2026
Set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, our magical Boho/British barn has been designed as the perfect space to hold peaceful, intimate retreats.
Just 2.5 hours from Birmingham / 2 hours from London, an escape from the city, relax surrounded by nature and wildlife.
By day, enjoy yoga in our serene studio, chill out in the wood-fired hot tub, meditate by the pond or read a book in the Zen Den next to the log fire.
By night, share a candlelit feast, manifest by the fire pit or gaze up at the stars free from light pollution.
You could easily spend a week here without wanting to leave, but depending on your energy, there’s an abundance of outdoor activities, woodland walks and miles of peaceful beaches nearby.

FOOD,
YOUR RETREAT YOUR EXPERIENCE
An integral piece to our retreat weekend, FOOD. Seasonal, nutritious, wholesome ~ conscious catering.
We are so honoured to have the incredible CASH&CASH CO on retreat, another Brum based, female-founded passion project turned business, their founder, Becca will be feeding us!
“ … we bring nourishment to the table—literally. Our catering celebrates real food, seasonal abundance, and sustainable living.
Each dish is crafted with intention, using locally sourced ingredients where possible, that honour both the earth and your well being. Our menus are designed to feed body and soul.
We don’t just serve meals—we cultivate connection, balance, and joy in every bite.
Wholeness grows here.”
You will be fed, promise us. And on Saturday evening, we’ll be having our very own three course candlelit Supper Club celebration.
Of course, this is your retreat, zero judgement ~ alcoholic drinks will be available to buy and then included during the Supper Club.

DAILY FLOW
Meet Maria
Founder of Sole Wellness
“Finally, our first UK retreat but with a good sprinkle of Sole magic, a weekend of escapism from your roles so you can go inwards.
I’m honestly so, so happy we’re able to come together and use this location, I’ve had my eye on this house for some time and so many of you have asked us to do something closer to home, so here you have it. The house and the Norfolk setting really are a dream setting as we start to transition out of winter.
I know how busy everyone is, life seems so full and plans are non-stop - every person I speak to says how incredibly fast time is going so my intention and wish for everyone joining us this weekend will be to slow everything down. To press pause (ideally stop) on all the doing, the constant, achieving, to-do lists, supporting others … and to put all your attention, love, energy and focus into your self.
To gift yourself time off screens being consciously and intentionally present ~ maybe with loved ones or your sole Self, possibly making new connections with like-minded souls from our retreat family.
It’s hard to put into words what retreats hold ~ they are so much more than holidays. I really think you have to experience them first hand to understand the true power/magic/uniqueness they offer.
Throughout the weekend, everything is optional, a menu of options and then you decide how much/little you do.
Yoga is of course the foundation of our retreat ~ a practice of self-enquiry and self-study, we use movement to get out of our heads and back into our bodies with no goal or outcome other than to allow ourselves to feel. Our body holds so much more than we give it credit for so our practices over the weekend will really be tailored around releasing energy and creating it ~ releasing the stagnancy and rigidity that comes with the depths and coldness of winter, building energy to pour into ourselves, plans, hopes and promises for the rest of 2026.”
Little or loads to do, you decide.
Of course, everything during your retreat is optional. Snoozing the alarm and catching up on deep sleep is highly encouraged!
There is an abundance of forests, woodland trails and great British countryside on our doorsteps. There are electric bikes that you can use, free of charge. The house is also in walking distance to the local village, Colton where there are cafes, farm shops and pubs.
In the house we have our very own wood-fired hot tub, sauna and ice-bath!
You might want to finally open the book you’ve been carrying around with you, next to the log fire.
Catch up with your loved one over coffee in the zen den.
Plus our Experience Menu, offering in-house treatments to elevate your retreat experience, an extra helping hand to fully decompress with massage and intuitive touch.
OUT AND ABOUT…
Should you want to roam further …
Surrounded by country lanes and woodland, there are plenty of opportunities for walks and bike rides (there are 4 electric bikes you can use, free of charge) amid the idyllic surroundings.
Within walking distance you will find 'The Goat Shed' - a farm shop, delicatessen and cafe. There is also a nearby pub and bistro, as well as 'The Painted Barn' a cafe, wellness studio and interiors store.
The many beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coastline are a 40 minute drive away, our favourite (and most quiet) being Holkham beach, which sits alongside a woodland of pine trees.
The Rangland River Green, a picturesque spot along the River Wensum can be found a ten minute drive from the house, perfect for wild swimming or paddle boarding.
Norwich is a 20 minute drive away, a quaint city with cobbled streets and plenty of independent shops, restaurants and activities.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep this intimate and nourishing.
