Your Sanctuary on the wild, raw,

Our own private villa, our sanctuary exclusive to our retreat family. Just an 100m stroll to the Mediterranean Ocean, overlooking the iconic Es Vedrà ~ the spot for sunsets and moonrise.
This is a true vision board backdrop.
A place wrapped in legend, leylines, and quiet awe. Something it's hard to find the vocabulary for, you need to feel it firsthand. We have our own path down to the beach, just a five-minute walk to the Med… just imagine.
The raw, untouched beauty of Ibiza you simply don’t see in the main tourist spots ~ the island’s best-kept secrets.
Whether you feel it's energy or simply admire its silhouette at dusk, Es Vedrà is a symbol of Ibiza’s deeper magic ~ a pinch us moment/backdrop for this retreat.
Yoga surrounded by the elements. Golden-light meditations. Rooftop views overlooking Es Vedrà to watch the sun set. Morning meditations perched on the top of the fisherman huts on Cala Carbó, absorbing the rays as the sun rises.

A rare kind of sanctuary, the most perfect blend for our retreat home ~ where privacy, nature, the ocean and quiet all intertwine, with the gentle rhythm of island life and all that Ibiza offers on your doorstep. A hideaway.
Honestly, it’s the kind of place that feels almost surreal, on your vision board for someday maybe … until you arrive and realise it’s even more magical in human form. A true “how is this even real?” setting ~ the perfect place to retreat.
Our retreat home was designed by creative visionaries, with breathtaking views of Ibiza’s most iconic landmark from our pool and rooftop : the magnetic, mystical and mythical islet of Es Vedrà, rising majestically from the Med. It really does take your breath away.
This location is quite simply epic, just 100m from the beach of Cala Carbo with our own track down to the ocean. We’re on the South West side of the island, divinely located for moonrise and sunset.
If you’ve never heard of Es Vedrà, there are many myths and legends, the most popular of which is that it is the third most magnetic spot on earth. We think it’s something you have to feel for yourself and cannot wait to share in our yoga practices with this backdrop.
The villa’s traditional Ibicenco architecture is contrasted with décor and furnishings from Morocco and Bali. Outdoor living at its best ~ you probably won’t want to leave but should you, there are two beach restaurants on our local beach of Cala Carbó and the bars and restaurants of the infamous hotels La Petunia and Unio which are open to visitors. There are hiking trails by foot or you can easily explore the Island should you want to roam further.

Awakening Morning Yoga
Each day you’ll be guided through an awakening morning yoga practice with your host, Maria. Fusing together hatha yoga, somatics and breath-work.
Practising yoga in such a special environment surrounded by the elements.
We’ll take time to journal and explore rituals to take home with you.
Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels, whether you’re yet to step foot onto a yoga mat or, have an existing practice.

Brunch
Continuing the underlying intention of nourishment, our retreat menu is quite simply, delicious. With a large, hearty plant-based brunch – both savoury and sweet options, of course!
Our retreat chef is incredibly gifted, offering a plentiful, colourful buffet style brunch in the most beautiful setting.
There will be light snacks and drinks throughout the day. You’ll be cared for, we assure you.

The Experience Menu
For those wanting to delve a little bit deeper during their time on retreat, we have curated an Experience Menu to offer our guests extra services, treatments and gifts of holistic practitioners, guides, healers and teachers.
From crystal infused holistic Facials and Massage to Visceral Therapy to Craniosacral and Myofasical Therapy to Reiki and Tarot… Plant Medicine and Shamanic Ceremony. These are practitioners who we trust implicitly, have supported on our other retreats and we've had sessions with personally.

Free Time ~ Your Time
In between classes you'll have plenty of time to roam and explore the island, laze by the pool, visit the Ocean and read the book you never finished. Maybe a massage on the roof terrace or … a siesta.
All the options depend on what you need from that day. The villa is a 100m walk to the beautiful beach of Cala Carbo and tranquil beach restaurants. Or a short car journey away from Sant Josep village or Ibiza town.

Evening Yin Yoga
Each evening yoga practice will restore you with yang to yin. In a cloud of dreamy essential oils, hands on assisting, and head massages - bliss. Unwinding and calming the body for an evening of rest.
Our yoga sessions are led by our founder, Maria with the intention of moving your body for nourishment, never punishment.
Yin yoga gives you several minutes in each posture so you can really surrender to gravity allowing your body to relax in stillness. This practice is the ultimate nervous system soother.

Dinner
Locally sourced, fresh, plant-based, seasonal food to nourish you from the inside, out. Enjoy our group evening meals in the most beautiful al fresco setting at our retreat home.
No green juice only policy here - you’ll eat the rainbow with various options to taste.

Sound Bath Journey
You will be guided through a magical sound journey like no other, to restore you on a cellular level. Guided by one of the islands magic healers.
Working with Gongs and Himalayan Singing Bowls, infused with various healing crystals and precious metals to release energetic blocks, stress and anxiety. You’ll feel more in alignment, balanced internally and in a place of peace mentally, emotionally and physically.
Sound baths are powerful yet peaceful ~ silencing the chitter chatter of the mind, you reach a state of consciousness just before you’d ordinarily fall asleep which truly restores your whole being.

In between yoga practices, lazing by the pool, reading your book or taking a siesta, you can book an experience or treatment.
This is all completely optional ~ these experiences range from pure pampering to deep soul diving.

“This year marks 20 years since I first stepped foot on the island, at the ripe age of 19!
It feels unbelievably magic ~ also a bit wild ~ to be here two decades later, holding retreats with such incredible Beings.
I’m yet to travel to find another place that has the capacity to hold so many different versions of myself. That’s what Ibiza gives people and encourages - pure freedom.
A place where you can be your truest self, no limitations, only inspiration.
And it’s our third year back on the island, our fifth retreat which now just feels like a homecoming, with each retreat they just keep getting more magical.
And this year's venue!!!!!!! It takes me hours and often months to find the right place. I have been yearning to find a place for sunsets and ocean dips and this is it. Having Es Vedrà as our backdrop is like a real vision board/pinch me moment.
I’m really excited to find out who will be joining us - the island and universe have a way of pulling like-minded souls together and with us holding two smaller retreats this year, it just enables us to experience more magic.
This year we will be truly surrounded by the elements with the ocean just 100m away from our door and our own private rooftop for moon-rise and sunset overlooking Es Vedrà … I mean!?!?
As each year unravels, I spend hundreds of hours in between delving more into my self-practice and training to enhance and elevate what I can offer to our retreat guests. This year I’ll be in the depths of my Gong Practitioner training, Reiki Masters and Restorative Yoga/Nervous System teacher training which I’m truly excited to share on retreat this October.”
